Refund Policy

All bracelets purchased from our website are considered final sale, as they are custom made to your specifications. This means that once the order has been placed and the bracelet has been created, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a full warranty for one year from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your bracelet within this time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We accept a refund or exchange of goods only if your bracelet is faultily produced by us, the engraving is worn out or a bracelet is broken while wearing.

If your item is damaged, no need to return it. Just send us an email from the same e-mail address which was used to place an order at support@secretsensejewelry.com with your order number, your full name, and add a photo of the damaged item. At your request, we can send you a new bracelet free of charge or will do a full refund.

We are not responsible if you gave us the wrong address or wrong input for engraving.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If it was approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return via e-mail.
